Len Bowen has been a licensed Realtor since 1970.
He has spent 15 years in Boston's South End, where Len owned his own real estate agency, and sold real estate and developed over a dozen properties.
He moved to Provincetown in 1990, worked for Roslyn Garfield Associates, and in 1993 established Harborside Realty.
Since then

has been actively involved in the sale of land, homes, condominiums, guest houses and multi-family properties in Provincetown.
These years in the business have given Len a long perspective and fairly comprehensive knowledge of Provincetown’s housing stock.
Personal Information
Len Bowen enjoys swimming and cycling, reading, classical music (especially opera), blues and cabaret. Over his years in Provincetown he has served on the Finance Committee of the Unitarian Universalist Meeting House; on the Provincetown Cultural Council; on the Board of the Provincetown Heritage Museum; and on the Provincetown Planning Board.
For many enjoyable years Len Bowen was a classical music DJ at WOMR, the local community radio station, and also produced a 13-part series of radio interviews on gay & lesbian writers.
